At Reflections Hospice, we understand that end of life care affects family and friends, not just the dying. That is why our mission is the provide comfort, hope, and support for patients and their families during the final stages of life’s journey. My hope is that the end of life experience is not “We fought tooth and nail… and suffered as a result”… but instead, “We found comfort, dignity, and help to navigate the journey in a way that improved the quality of life and care when we needed it most.”

At Doves, our mission is to provide home care enriching the quality of life of our clients and stimulating their independence to help ensure they remain in their own surroundings for as long as practically possible. We provide safety and education to help prevent personal injuries, particularly focusing on fall prevention. With our individualized care plans, our clients can control their care, meals, activities, schedule and environment. The unique needs of the individual, not the group, take priority.

At GAP, we believe that all seniors can, and should, take an active role in their own medical care. I recommend that people prioritize their health and well-being and this message is uniquely important for seniors attempting to maintain independent living. It is my hope that Senior Adults, with the support of their family and friends, will learn tips and make changes that increase their chances of remaining independent so they can successfully age in their home. GAP can provide these resources and a helping hand when navigating through this process.
